Watch video11 secondsMake room around the pod
Review floor suitability and loading, door swing, assembly space, ventilation, servicing and power. Product dimensions do not include every clearance. Your facilities team should assess the position and any relocation before approval.
Choose the right installation arrangement
Request installation or tell us that you plan to appoint your own contractor. Coverage, scheduling, handling and the precise scope are confirmed for the address. The final selected installation price is confirmed in the complete quotation after site review.
Power and optional cooling
Confirm the supplied model, voltage, plugs, sockets and cooling requirements in the final equipment schedule. Base dimensions do not automatically include cooling equipment. Final total height, clearances and ventilation configuration are confirmed in the quotation. Building electrical work needs an appropriately qualified professional.
Access and receiving arrangements
Provide the full Israel address, postcode, receiving floor and unloading point. Include lift dimensions and load limits, vehicle restrictions, receiving times and any special route or access requirements so the quotation defines the actual destination services.
Ready for the workday
Check the agreed furniture and extras, door operation, lighting, ventilation and controls with your installer. Retain the final specification and assembly information. Report missing items or anything that does not work as expected before completing the handover.
Fire safety & building requirements
Sprinkler and fire-alarm options are available. We help you confirm the details for your pod and workplace.
Can you include sprinklers and fire alarms?
Choose the optional sprinkler and fire-alarm package in the configurator. Your selection is recorded with your project. Equipment, connections to building systems, installation scope and price are confirmed in your complete quote before payment. Selecting this option does not by itself include a complete installed system.
What should I know about fire ratings?
Fire information is specific to the model and materials. A material fire classification does not establish a fire-resistance rating for the complete pod. Ask us to confirm the relevant test documentation for your chosen model and finishes.
An acoustic “Class A” rating describes sound reduction, not fire performance.
What should we check before ordering?
Start with your building manager: they may have requirements for introducing a pod into your workplace. Share those requirements and your installation address with us so we can confirm the appropriate equipment and connections with your building team. Local fire requirements still apply; the package is not a blanket requirement for every pod.
