Request the dismantling, handling and reassembly instructions for your model. Weight, route, floor and equipment need assessment. Do not assume the assembled pod moves freely, uses wheels or can be relocated without specialist work.

Configure your pod and send a project enquiry. We review the specification, delivery requirements and complete quotation before you approve and pay. Saving a configuration or sending an enquiry is not an accepted order and does not reserve production capacity.

Pods and priced options are displayed in ILS. Your enquiry records Israel as the destination and allows a preferred quotation currency. The written quotation confirms the payable currency, complete amount and scope before payment.

No. Your quotation confirms the expected production, shipping and delivery schedule. Special configurations, freight, clearance and site readiness can affect it. A general estimate is not a committed arrival date; tell us about your project deadline in the enquiry.

The written quotation identifies delivery, selected installation and any applicable taxes. Do not assume they are included in the configuration subtotal unless expressly stated. Review the complete amount, unloading and clearance responsibilities before paying.

Yes. Start with furniture, furnished by default with an Empty pod alternative, then exterior, interior and compatible extras. Final compatibility and custom requests are confirmed in the specification; the 3D view is illustrative. Use the actual FocusPod options rather than another range’s furniture layouts.

Yes. Add different configurations and quantities to the project. Identical configurations combine into one line with a quantity. Your enquiry carries the complete selection so delivery and installation can be reviewed together. Any agreed project savings appear in the written quotation.

Request installation in your configuration. Availability, timing, access, works and final cost are checked for the delivery address and confirmed in the complete quotation before payment. Selecting installation does not automatically include all building or electrical works.

Request the complete written warranty terms for the selected model before approving your order. Review duration, covered components, conditions, claims and service arrangements. Contact support with the order reference and clear photos. Applicable mandatory rights remain; this summary does not replace the terms.

Share your models, quantities, Israel delivery address, preferred timing and installation needs. Add a floor plan or access description when possible. Provide the full Israel address, postcode, receiving floor and unloading point. Include lift dimensions and load limits, vehicle restrictions, receiving times and any special route or access requirements so the quotation defines the actual destination services.
